Hey Kids, some of my best memories are cooking in the kitchen with my Mom! When I first started cooking with her I was too little to even stand on a stool, so she would put me right on the counter beside her!

I loved playing in the flour, and even though it made a big mess, it never bothered her at all! She would just laugh and quickly grab a camera to take a picture. She is the reason I feel so comfortable in the kitchen.

The recipe for we have for this holiday season is from my new cookbook called Cooking With Catie: The 3ABN Kids Time Cookbook, and it's one that my Mom and I created together. I love a nice steaming bowl of Potato Corn Chowder on a cold winter night! It's really yummy, and it's good for you, too! I hope you have as much fun making it as Mom and I do....

Remember to keep cooking, and eat healthy!
