Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: I can't find a certain page. Where did you move it?
Periodically 3ABN's website may be reorganized or purged of old material. As a part of this upgrade and reorganization, files may be moved, renamed, or deleted. If you cannot find what you are looking for, we have several suggestions:

Use the navigation bar at the top to find the section you want (3ABN Television, 3ABN Radio, etc.), and follow the links on screen to relocate the missing page. Use the links at right to find the section that seems most closely related to the page you are looking for.

Try the search feature at the top of each page.
  Q. How do I receive 3ABN Television or Radio?
(1) You can receive 3ABN Television locally in some areas.
(2) You can watch 3ABN Television online.
(3) You can receive 3ABN Television with a digital dish system.
I can't seem to open your Acrobat Reader (PDF) files.
Answer 1: Be sure you are using version 6 or later of Acrobat Reader. You can download the latest version for free from www.adobe.com. Older versions of the software cannot read content created for the newer versions. You can find what version you are using by starting Acrobat Reader, clicking on the Help menu, and selecting "About Acrobat Reader".

Answer 2: Your browser may try to open the Acrobat Reader file in the browser window. This will work, but please be aware that it can take a long time before anything appears. We recommend that you download the file to your hard drive and open it from where you saved it. To do this in Windows, select the link to the Acrobat Reader file with the right (not left) mouse button, and choose the pop-up option to download the file. (On the Mac, hold down the mouse button over the link until the pop-up options appear.) Choose a location to save the file. After the file has fully downloaded, find it where you saved it and open it.

Answer 3: Occasionally something may go wrong during the download process. In that case you simply need to download the file again.
