What you need:

- 1 box of jumbo pasta shells
- tempera paints
- paint brush
- newspaper
|

What you do:

- Spread out the newspaper on a surface where you can let your pasta shells dry for a while.
- Paint your shells with bright-colored tempera paint
- Put them on the newspaper to dry.
- Be sure to wash your paint brushes well before putting them away.
See how many ways you can think of to decorate with your pretty shells. How about gluing a bit of yarn and hanging them up somewhere. Maybe make a wind chime you can hang outside? There’s a world of possibilities, so use your imagination! (But whatever you do, don’t eat them!)
