Hey kids, if you have a pet kitty, here’s a great way to keep him entertained for hours! You can build him his very own KittiKondo and watch him have fun!

|
What you need:
|
|
|
- Three or four paper grocery bags
- Cardboard
- Scissors
- Colored construction paper
- Tape
- Glue
- A glass to trace around for “windows”
- A bowl to trace around for “doors”
- Pictures of cats from magazines
- A kitty (of course)!

What you do:
|
|
|
- Trace a circle around a bowl on the bottom of each paper bag, then open them and cut out the circles to make the “doors” of your KittiKondo.
- Trace smaller circles using the glass on the sides of the bags and cut them out to make “windows” in your KittiKondo.
- Reinforce the inside of your paper bags with cardboard strips to give them extra support – especially around the “doors” on the bottom of the bags.
- Put the bags together by taping the tops together – and cutting holes in them to tape other bags to them in the same way.
- Cut out pictures of kitties from old magazines and glue them to decorate your KittiKondo. Use some colored construction paper to cut out rings that fit around your “doors” and “windows” for an added touch of flair!
- Show your kitty his new Kondo – and be patient! Let him explore it on his own, and watch him through his “windows!”
